I have lived here 2 yrs now and I absolutely love it here. This is a very tight knit community where everyone watches out for everybody. They check up on our elderly neighbors and offer a hand when someone is in need. In my building I make it a point to check in on our eight residents here. Even if just to say hi. Sherry is our complex manager. She is another one that goes above and beyond for us residents. If we need help of any kind she will help you get it done. She will help with paperwork you don't understand or copy something for you if you need it. Or if you're just struggling to make it she will point you in right direction to help you get the resources you need. She treats everyone fairly and genuinely cares about us here. Someone in comments said this is like institutional living. That's the farthest thing from the truth. It might have been when Christina was here but now it's quiet and peaceful living. So I give this place a 100% for living. It's clean and safe and their all the time doing improvements to make it better. Cheapest in Norwalk ..

Our company worked to install new air conditioning units at the tiffin property. I was very surprised by the changes i had seen on site. Management is clearly doing its job and cleaning this place up. Great work. It's nice to see that management is moving everything in such a positive direction.

I so very much feel at home here. Management is punctual, hardworking, and ethical. The property is always clean, and we all pick up after ourselves. I want to thank Sherry for always going above and beyond for my wife and I. I know she cares about her tenants, and I feel the other staff feel the same way. These are good people. I want to thank the other staff by name but I work night shifts and hardly run into them. Will recommend this place to anyone. Family and pet friendly.

Great place to stay and management has Great understanding and do their best to help, maintenance staff are very helpful and kind. Me and my family were a part of a recent incident and Sherry The Property Manager was so quick to help all the families that were affected. She's such a great person. Me and my family have found it very delightful living here.

very nice people, love the manager. she helped me out with some personal issues of mine. the applications don't have all the paperwork/details you need which makes it a longer process

I live here at Hillsboro manor And I love it here The manager Darla is such a wonderful Person She listens to you and works with you And if you have a problem with the unit maintenance is on it quick I couldn't ask for a better place to live I want to thank Darla For giving me a nice quiet place I think you are the best manager I have ever had
