Hillsboro is the Highland County seat. It's a small town of about 6,600 people, roughly 55 miles east of Cincinnati and 65 miles southwest of Columbus. The 1830s courthouse on North High Street is the landmark downtown. Southern State Community College is based here, and Rocky Fork Lake State Park and Paint Creek State Park are both close. Rent is lower than the metro areas, which is why a lot of renters land here.

Very nice complex has come a long way and the units are looking very nice good place to live. Maintenance crew and Darla the apartment manager are very helpful and willing to help and answer questions.

I live here at Hillsboro Manor and I love it here. The manager Darla is such a wonderful person. She listens to you and works with you, and if you have a problem with the unit maintenance is on it quick. I couldn't ask for a better place to live. I want to thank Darla for giving me a nice quiet place. I think you are the best manager I have ever had.
